“I had to cancel this event because IT IS NOT CENTRALLY LOCATED TO ANY PUBLIC TRANSIT NOR IS IT CLOSE TO ANYTHING ELSE CONSIDERED ESSENTIAL TO EDINBURGH. In my attempt to get a refund all I got was bounced back and forth between Viator the local vendor, neither wanting to assist with the refund until it was past the allowed time. All they wanted was for me to rebook the event, which didn’t solve my problem. Don’t waste your money on this event - there’s too much of Edinburgh to experience without this headache!”
