“It was i.possible to find a stop. Every place I stopped, it turned out to be a different company. So I never got to do the bus. I also signed up for boat, but on day, I found myself without ability to even go back to hotel. Notation ad no bus! All and all, it was very disappointing!”

“We found the audio guide to be informative, used the printed map all the time. The app opened very slowly so we were constantly being delayed in getting on at stops to show our tickets. Overall, we enjoyed the experience. HOWEVER...We did oversee one concerning situation. At one stop, another hop on hop off bus company salesperson was working with a family, and one of your employees was yelling so loudly we could hear her from inside the bus. She was angry that the gentleman "stole" the family from her, and kept telling them to not listen to him! She was making me very uncomfortable for their sake, a family…”

Despite the traffic extending the tour to almost two hours, Gee’s humor and engaging personality made the time fly by. “this ghost bus tour is aimed at children even the 9pm tour. The stories were all poorly presented, the stories about real places around Edinburgh skipped over in favour of a fake ghost on the bus. I would only book again if I was taking 10 year olds, definitely not for adults.”

“The hop on/off bus was a great way to get around Edinburgh and see a few different areas. Busses were never full and ran frequently, a good variety of areas too. Only complaint is the numbered destinations weren’t announced or displayed so we did get off at the wrong spot a few times. Not a big deal as we weren’t in a rush but might be if you needed to be somewhere at a specific time. Overall though, was a great experience and I would recommend.”

“Ended up upgrading to the Beetles blue line tour. This hop on hop off was very affordable because you got the route to see must see places in Liverpool regarding the Beetles and then you were able to get off and do the hop on hop off of Liverpool. Truly got a very good perspective of the city historically and as the home of the Beetles”
