“Boat was beautiful. Dinner consisted of a four course meal…each item was delicious! Emma was the live singer and she was happy to take requests. As she sang she walked around the boat to interact with everyone. Weather was beautiful, so we were able to go upstairs and watch the sun setting over London. All in all, a relaxing and fun evening.”

“We weren’t even seated and they told us to come back in an hour they said they have tried to explain to viator that people who sign up for this excursion are not guaranteed a seat at the given time and that there was nothing they could do because it’s a third party so they sent us away and didn’t even try to resolve the problem that we were standing there with a AR code that should of promised us a table but it did not”

They should’ve offered a couple different dishes and not one, duck! The whole dinner menu trying to be gourmet didn’t do much for me. The band and singer were awesome! The band did a great job! Drinks were ok. Dinner for me didn’t seal the deal!”

“This was a horrible experience. I would NOT recommend to anyone traveling to London for the first time. The receptionist and the manager on the first level were not helpful nor friendly. They made us wait forever and acted as if they couldn’t find the reservation. I provided the reservation information and number, the booking information and number, and the barcode for them to scan. Because of this we couldn’t enjoy ourselves. The experience was ruined. We all decided not to purchase anything from the gift shop or extra beverages or desserts.”
