Handy hint, the toilets are at the very end by the shop and cafe so make sure you go before!”

Only managed to get her on one ride the entire day and that involved me carrying her through the crowds as I was not allowed to take her wheelchair to the closest access point. Utterly disgraceful on the part of Alton towers. They said they did this from feedback received from other disabled users. I very much doubt that. They seem more interested in selling fast track passes and promoting use of their app meaning staff nowhere to be seen when help needed. Yes I complained at the end of the day but only after queuing…”

The only thing I would suggest is to go with the cheapest ticket option, there was no difference in the tour that we saw. We spent quite a bit on our tickets. Tickets were cheaper at the door.”
