Utterly disgraceful on the part of Alton towers. They said they did this from feedback received from other disabled users. I very much doubt that. They seem more interested in selling fast track passes and promoting use of their app meaning staff nowhere to be seen when help needed. Yes I complained at the end of the day but only after queuing…”
