“Make sure you meet your group at the location on the first email, it is not on the reminders. We went directly to the War room. I called Viator and they said to wait there. We waited for 2 hours and the tour never showed. I ended up paying for tickets at the site costing another $100.00 as this was the only place my husband asked to go on the entire 11 day trip. The museum is contained in the basement. It’s a bit cramped as there were many visiting the day of our arrival. We did a guided tour but you can also just purchase a ticket to the exhibit if you don’t want a guided tour.
